All but abandoning the street-racing milieu of THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS (except for a high-energy opening sequence), this sequel takes Walker to Florida, where he's recruited as an undercover fed to help capture a drug lord who hires fast drivers. Enough action to please undiscriminating fans, but the script leaves a lot to be desired.
